Rudrappa Jangama Shetti is a highly experienced Technical Project Manager at Robert Bosch India with over 11 years of relevant experience. He has a strong background in Automotive Systems Engineering and Embedded Systems SW Development, having worked on various projects for multiple OEMs from North America, EU & China. Currently, Rudrappa is leading the Flash Bootloader SW development Projects for RADAR & DASY Product-line for multiple OEMs at Robert Bosch India. He has previously worked as a Product Software Engineer at Robert Bosch Gmbh, where he worked on Flash Memory driver development for Infineon, Renesas, and MPC microcontrollers as per AUTOSAR standards. Rudrappa has also worked at APTIV Deutschland Gmbh as a Systems Architect, where he worked on Automated Driving Feature Functions and Adaptive Driver Assistance Systems for BMW Projects. He has also worked on cybersecurity, computer vision, and communication topics. Rudrappa has extensive experience in Software Integrator for the prototype of these projects where he worked on MCAL and RTE configuration. Before joining Bosch, Rudrappa had worked at DELOPT on Mission-critical Embedded Systems for Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) and Arjun Battle tanks for the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Rudrappa has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He is skilled in Software Engineering, Computer Vision, and Senior Software Engineering. Rudrappa has cross-functional experience in Participating in ASPICE assessment for Project, Driving the ASPICE Software design and Software construction methodologies in teams, Mentoring the new colleagues in the department, Participation in Software Architecture and Design reviews, Acquisition of new projects, and defining the SW architecture for Hardware as a Product(HWAP) projects. Rudrappa is a PMP® certified professional and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. He is an excellent communicator and a natural leader who can manage teams effectively.
